Compak E8 OD
The Compak E8 OD espresso grinder features 83mm flat burrs made of tough tempered steel (100Cr6) with a lifespan of up to 1,763 lbs (800kg). Its 730W motor spins at 1,325 RPM, putting out 7 grams in just 1.6 seconds, or a full doubleshot in less than 5 seconds. The Lock & Load System lets you pop into the grinding chamber for a quick burr swap or clean-up, holding your grind settings after reassembly.
The E8’s large 2.8” touchscreen offers control over up to 3 doses on demand and also offers language options, dose tracking and a burr wear alert. The Stepless Micrometic Parallel System gives you excellent control over grind size allowing very small changes to flow. The E8 also includes one internal fan to help keep the motor cool during peak times. Overall, the E8 is ideal for mid to high-volume cafes where efficiency is crucial.
