The CBS-1232 Plus Series Twin Station Coffee Brewer is a versatile choice for smaller to mid-sized settings like convenience stores, bakeries, specialty cafes, and office lobbies. Making excellent coffee is now easier than ever with its user-friendly push button interface. While the CBS-1232 Plus is designed for brewing in smaller quantities, it retains the dependability and numerous exceptional attributes seen in larger Extractor®-branded Fetco products. An innovative feature, the Cascading Dome Spray (CDS) on the CBS-1232 Plus, effectively prevents lime and mineral buildup on the spray head. This is achieved by allowing water to flow over the dome's outer surface instead of relying on small drain holes that are common in other batch brewers. The latest additions in the 1200 series encompass an electrical lattice, front panel access for convenient maintenance, laser welded tanks for enhanced durability, and a USB port facilitating software updates. This brewer comes standard with a highly durable plastic basket for optimal heat retention and cost savings, but these can also be upgraded to stainless steel baskets. The CBS-1232 Plus does require 13" x 5" filters, and depending on the amount of coffee being brewed, a 3 liter or 1 gallon airpot is also required.
