A Modern Workhorse

Never settling for "œgood enough", the minds at Mazzer have designed a sleek, new update to the Robur E model: the Robur S. Among its many upgrades, the Robur S improves upon its younger sibling by retaining up to 52% less ground coffee than the previous iteration. Utilizing 71mm conical burrs running at 420RPM, The Robur S is capable of grinding 6 grams of espresso per second, resulting in a remarkably swift 18 gram dose in just under 3.5 seconds, making the Robur S ideal for high volume cafes. By coupling large conical burrs with a dual fan cooling system, Mazzer has ensured that heat transfer is kept to an absolute minimum, reducing the risk of varying shot times and the need for recalibration during peak hours.
