Sanremo D8 One

The Sanremo D8 One is a compact single-group heat-exchanger espresso machine with a 4-liter stainless steel boiler. It features programmable brew temperature, adjustable grouphead temperature, up to 7 programmable volumetric doses, and a digital shot timer.

Instead of a traditional dual-boiler layout, the D8 One uses a single heat-exchanger boiler that supplies brew water to Sanremo’s "hybrid ring" group head. This group head has the familiar round E61-style , but uses modern electronic control for programmable pre-infusion and more stable brew temperature shot after shot. Incoming water is actively temperature-controlled via PID, giving you stable shot-to-shot temperature without the size, energy consumption, or complexity of separate brew boilers. It includes cool-touch steam wands, a programmable hot water dispenser and automatic backflush cycles.
