Sanremo Zoe Competition
The Sanremo Zoe Competition is a volumetric espresso machine equipped with independent volumetric dosing on each group and a dedicated shot timer built into every group head that displays real-time extraction time. It offers programmable pre-infusion on each group, cool-touch steam wands, and bright LED lighting across the entire work surface. The machine is available in both standard cup height and tall cup height versions.
The Zoe Competition uses a heat exchanger system fed by a dedicated steam boiler. Each group has its own solenoid for the brew path. The machine is designed for easy service access through the front and side panels.
