The cart features a spacious 57” x 26.5” countertop, offering ample room for a 1-2 group espresso machine, grinder, knock box, pitcher rinser, and POS system. Additionally, the Model 1 includes optional 12” folding shelves that provide extra space for supplies, menu boards, or a hand-off plane, along with two open cabinet spaces and a large shelf.
